Back<Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberry Maple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- as needed, Vegetable Oil Spray
- as needed, Blueberry Maple Syrup
- Blueberry Maple Syrup Recipe (listed below)
- 1/2 cup blueberry marmalade
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1 cup maple syrup, warm
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and reserve until needed

Serves: 5
- 1) Preheat Asado Grill on high for 30 minutes. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 2) In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter
- 3) Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and whisk until blended together
- 4) Spray vegetable oil on the Asado surface
- 5) Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the Asado grill for each pancake. Cook until brown on both sides, around 4 minutes. Serve while warm with Blueberry Maple Syrup
