Baked Beans & Bacon

Napoli Outdoor Oven Vegetables

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 45 minutes Serves: 4


1 ½ Cups Onion, diced

2 (16-ounce) Cans Pinto Beans

2 Tbs Yellow mustard

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup light brown sugar

4 tablespoons ketchup

1 Tbs Malt Vinegar

10 Oz Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces


  1. Preheat Napoli oven on Low for 20 minutes with door on.
  2. In the oven, mix onion, beans, mustard, maple syrup, bacon, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn bread.
