Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Onion, diced
2 (16-ounce) Cans Pinto Beans
2 Tbs Yellow mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 Tbs Malt Vinegar
10 Oz Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat Napoli oven on Low for 20 minutes with door on.
- In the oven, mix onion, beans, mustard, maple syrup, bacon, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn bread.
