Green Beans

Grill Vegetables

Ingredients

1 pounds Whole green beans, touch stems trimmed

1/4 cup Pine nuts (toasted)

2 teaspoons G Cooks Citrus Sea Salt or course sea salt, to taste

2 Tablespoons Olive oil

2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest

Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Cook green beans in a large pot of boiling water or steamer basket for about 5 minutes until crisp tender. Toss immediately into a large bowl of ice water. Drain well.
  2. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss with green beans, sea salt and 4-5 cranks of fresh-cracked black pepper. Saute until heated through but still crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh lemon zest, and toasted pine nuts.
