- pork tenderloin
- Salt or preferred seasonings, to taste

- 1) Set smoker to 275 F, load smoker box with apple wood blend
- 2) Once it starts smoking, place the pork tenderloin on the top rack towards the front, insert probe in the middle of the thickest part of the tenderloin
- 3) Smoke until internal temperature reaches 145 F
- 4) Remove from smoker, allow to rest covered for 10 minutes. Carve and serve.
